Nelson DeMille

On Saturday New York Times bestselling author Nelson DeMille takes readers on a deadly search for the Holy Grail in The Quest, with three book signings at BookHampton. The author will be in Mattituck at 11 AM, Southampton at 2 PM and East Hampton at 5 PM. Visit

PechaKucha Night

PechaKucha Night Hamptons takes place at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill on Friday from 6 to 8 PM. With the theme of “Living Creatively on the East End,” 10 members of the community are invited to present 20 slides at 20 seconds each, yielding six minutes and 40 seconds per presenter. This is a great opportunity to establish new relationships, learn about local resources, and hear from the many artists, writers, musicians, gardeners, farmers, baymen, winemakers, chefs, designers, architects, and other creative professionals who comprise our region.

Presenters include Max Blagg, Michael Cavaniola, Michael Combs, Ken Dorph, Tsering Ghamdo, April Gornik, Grant Haffner, Virva Hinnemo, Kathie Russo and Constance Sepulveda.
