Surf Movie Night

The Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill presents for a screening of short, noncommercial surf movies made from Westhampton to Montauk and juried by film director Michael Halsband and artist Mike Solomon. Friday from 6 to 8 PM.

Southampton Center

Southampton Center partners with The Hamptons International Film Festival to bring contemporary and classic films to Southampton Village. This Friday at 9:30 PM, Step Into Liquid.

Summer Movie Series

The East Hampton Food Pantry and Hamptons Drive-In present Summer Movie Series at Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett. Tonight, Superman will play. Next Wednesday, The Avengers. Suggested donation is $5 for individuals and $20 for families. Movies begin at dusk. Visit www.easthamptonfoodpantry.org.

A Funny Thing Happened

Broadway producer and Sag Harbor community local Stewart Lane has been cast as Eronius in Bay Street Theatre’s presentation of A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, running through September 1. The Murderer

The Murderer, by Ray Bradbury, and adapted for the stage by Tucker Marder and Christian Scheider, will run Friday through Sunday. A man who calls himself the Murderer is institutionalized for killing the technology in his daily life. Shows are at 8:30 PM at the Old Sag Harbor Whalers Church.
