Holland B. Cunningham

Recent work by Holland B. Cunningham, an American artist who works in oil, water-based media, photography as well as animation, will exhibit at Art Gallery at the Quogue Library. The show is on display today through July 29. An artists reception takes place from 4 to 6 PM on July 13.

Summer Sensations

The Chrysalis Gallery in Southampton presents “Summer Sensations” on Saturday with an opening reception from 6 to 9 PM. Works by Larry Johnston, Kitty Brumberg, Theresa Giannuzzi, and Gayle Tudisco will be on display.

Pritam & Eames

Pritam & Eames in East Hampton introduces Aubrey Grainger’s newest oil painting, “Glimpse of Scallop Pond,” as part of its Art at Home series that opens on Friday ad runs through September 15. Other artists represented in the gallery’s Art at Home series include Jennifer Alnwick, Linda Capello and Karen Kluglein. Also on exhibit as part of the gallery’s 33rd Anniversary Show is a selection of American studio furniture including new pieces by Aled Lewis, David Ebner, Noel and Janene Hilliard, and Duncan Gowdy.

East Hampton’s beloved Artists & Writers Softball Game will take to the field for its 65th annual game on August 17. In celebration, the Museum at Guild Hall opens “Artists & Writers: They Played in the Game.” The exhibition features many works from Guild Hall’s permanent collection of artists who have played in the game, along with works that are on loan. The Flower Show
