Voss Foundation

Tonight Sports Illustrated supermodel Ariel Meredith invites you to kickoff your Independence Day celebration at Georgica in East Hampton by helping bring clean water to communities in Sub-Saharan Africa with the Voss Foundation. $75 per person includes a three-course meal, open bar cocktail reception, and after party. House Tour

The Friends of the John Jermain Library sponsor their annual benefit fundraiser for the Library in Sag Harbor on Friday with a house tour from 11 AM to 4 PM. It will feature five very different houses, from historic to modern. Four are in Sag Harbor Village and one is in neighboring North Haven. Tickets are $50 on tour day at the library only and in advance at $45 at the library and The Wharf Shop on Main Street.

American Picnic

Live Out Loud

Live Out Loud’s fifth annual Pride In the Hamptons event takes place Saturday starting at 6 PM. Enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and dinner at the waterfront home of Bruce T. Meet the Artists

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc., a not-for-profit agency that supports more than 3,500 individuals with different abilities on Long Island, together with The LENZ Winery, will host a “Meet the Artists” reception to celebrate a special exhibition created by individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities on July 12 from 5 to 8 PM at The LENZ Winery in Peconic. The reception will also include music by Lis & Jim Acoustic Duo. The exhibit runs from through September 2. Southold Historical Society

The Southold Historical Society will host its 10th annual Summer Gala from 5 to 8 PM on July 13. The event will take place at the famous Floyd family mansion, Brecknock Hall, located in Greenport. Cocktails On The Bay

Cocktails on the Bay at the home of Diana Marbury on Main Street in East Moriches to benefit the First Presbyterian Church of East Moriches will take place on July 13 from 4 to 7 PM. Paddlers for Humanity

The inaugural Swim-Paddle-Run Fun race will take place on July 13 to benefit Paddlers for Humanity, a Hamptons not-for-profit that donates to children and youth charities. The race will begin at Maidstone Park in East Hampton at 9 AM. The course is a half-mile swim, a one-mile standup paddle and a one and a half mile run. Entry fee for each three-person team is $300. Those interested may register online at All participants are encouraged to fundraise for the entry fee and more.

East Hampton Antiques Show

The East Hampton Historical Society presents the East Hampton Antiques Show on the historic grounds of Mulford Farm on July 20 through July 21. Now in its seventh year, the East Hampton Antiques Show is widely recognized as the premier antiques event on eastern Long Island and a highlight of the East Hampton arts and social calendar. Interior designer Steven Gambrel is the honorary chair of the July 19 preview cocktail party, which offers patrons an early buying opportunity of the extraordinary array of antiques, art, jewelry and collectibles. Ticket proceeds benefit the East Hampton Historical Society. Tickets for the Friday night Opening Preview Cocktail Party start at $150 per person and enable return visits the following days.  Junior Ticket (age 40 and under) are priced at $100. Rock The Dock

The annual “Rock The Dock” summer benefit bash to benefit Bay Street Theatre will take place on July 20. The event will be hosted by the one and only Susan Lucci. Actor and Bay Street board member, Richard Kind, who most recently won the Drama Desk Award for his role on Broadway’s The Big Knife, will be the evening’s celebrity auctioneer. Board member Joy Behar also plans on attending, with a host of other surprise celebrities. The gala is being held in honor and memory of the Theatre’s founder and former Artistic Director, Sybil Christopher. Unconditional Love Gala

The fourth annual Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation’s Unconditional Love Gala will take place on July 20 beginning with cocktail hour at 7 PM. The evening’s honorary chairs Susan Allen, Jonathan McCann, and Jean Shafiroff and Master of Ceremonies Chuck Scarborough will welcome guests to a night of dinner and dancing to music by the Alex Donner Orchestra at the waterfront home of Sandra McConnell in Southampton. The night will honor Jill Rappaport and proceeds raised will go directly to the daily care of the shelter animals and special projects undertaken throughout the course of the year.

Super Saturday

Kelly Ripa and Donna Karan will host Ovarian Cancer Research Fund’s 16th annual Super Saturday, presented by QVC and InStyle. Super Saturday 16 will take place on July 27 from noon to 6 PM at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill. Super Saturday is OCRF’s fun-filled daylong fundraiser, complete with a one-of-a-kind designer garage sale, kids’ carnival and activities, a luxury raffle and gourmet treats.

Once dubbed “the Rolls Royce of garage sales,” the most anticipated element of Super Saturday is the fashion garage sale, which includes merchandise from over 200 prominent designers including: Donna Karan, Theory, alice + olivia, Robert Rodriguez, Diane von Furstenberg, Helmut Lang, Smythson and Ralph Lauren.  For the sixth consecutive year, Rachel Zoe will be curating a luxury designer booth, “Designers A to Zoe.” For tickets visit

Hamptons Happening

The ninth annual Hamptons Happening “Feast” takes place on July 27 from 6:30 to 9:30 PM to benefit the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation. Leading the food charge will be renowned Chef Todd English and six of his restaurants and their respective chefs. Participating from his end will be Ca Va, Curly Cakes, Todd English Olives, TE Todd English, Todd English Food Hall and Tuscany at Mohegan Sun. Adam Alpert, owner of 4 AM DJS, has donated one of his hottest  DJs, DJ Theory, guaranteed to keep the white dance floor packed and rocking. Chefs Dinner

Top Manhattan and Hamptons chefs will be featured at the 2013 Chefs Dinner this summer. The much-anticipated event now in its ninth year will be held on July 28 starting at 5:30 PM on Hayground School’s campus in Bridgehampton as a benefit for Hayground School’s Jeff’s Kitchen and the Jeff Salaway Scholarship Fund. 

The event will include a cocktail party from 5:30 to 7:30 PM featuring notable Manhattan chefs as well as top local chefs preparing tastings using local bounty. The VIP dinner following the cocktail party will be held at the home of Toni Ross from 7:30 to 10 PM. The dinner, honoring four-star chef Eric Ripert, will feature a four-course meal prepared by a select few of the participating chefs and paired with wines by Aldo Sohm (Sommelier – Le Bernardin).
