What Women Want
Dear Heather Buchanan,
To start off with, I'm old enough to be your father, and I never read your column before till your "Get It Here: Hot Sex-Cold Beer."
I'm from the old school where there was a lot of cold beer and a lot of talk about hot sex — the beer, there was plenty of, and sex was always a great topic to talk about; but the gals were different back in my hay kicking days, they sure knew how to look and be sexy, but most of them saved it, and held on to it, till they got married.
Now days, it seems, getting hot sex is as easy as getting cold beer (from what I've heard).
So my point is, you gals have lost one of your greatest bargaining chips. If hot sex is as easy to get as cold beer, what's the lure, what's the challenge, why play the game? Let's move in together.
If it's become a free lunch for the guys — don't blame the guys, don't blame the guys, you've created your own problem. What is it you gals really want? Answer it and then you've got your solution to the whole problem. Becoming a good cook helps too.
Lots of luck!
P.S. My wife Kate and I have been married almost 52 years — we know what works!
