Disdain

Dear E. H. Independent Editor,

Why should the people of the world be concerned that North Korea has grown to be the power they have become? And now we see they have also gained the skill to launch missiles. North Korea is specifically dangerous because of the personality of its warped leader, Kim Jong Il, a megalomaniacal mental midget in his 60s, who claims in part that he and his actions are attributed to divinity. He came to power, a position which had previously been held by his father, and appears to be determined to display himself as a more decisive leader than he, regardless of how his personal goals have been directly destructive to his very own country.

They are getting to the point where they can attack any country they decide to designate as a threat, for no [other] reason than that they want to and have the power to do so. They have earned the disdain of the entire world including their neighbors and traditional allies. The leader of the country, which is a threat to the entire world, had never served as a fighting soldier or engaged in warfare of any kind but is heroically willing to lay down the lives of the true warriors within his country, a country which he has fashioned to suit his Army-Centered Politics and his self aggrandizing nature.

Any thinking person would agree that is no way to run a country. And it is certainly not the direction the present administration has steered the government of the United States . . . is it!???
