What I'd like to know is how the assessment was really done? Did the people who did it actually visit each home? I don't believe that they did. In fact I'm almost positive they didn't, if they were actually on-site assessments, then please explain the fact that my own property description was not at all familiar to me. They put me in a home that was both newer (by 15yrs) and smaller than the home I live in, in fact I don't even recognize the home they say I own. I know I'm not the only one who got a misrepresentation of their home. I can cite at least 20 other homes that aren't correctly described, and, as I live in a very small community (only 48 families) nobody got a true description of their home.
Editor's Note: The original reassessment done in 1990 did include on site inspections to every property in town.
