Talk about the non-stop stream of conservidiculous rantings. Rich Lowry, young conservative commentator at the ultra-conservative National Review magazine feigning acquiescence, actually said "The Iraq war promises to be the Lewinsky scandal of the George W. Bush presidency."
That this shill actually compares Bush, 2500 dead sacrificed American boys and girls and the tens of thousands more crippled beyond description sent to a preemptive prefabricated war, and the grief suffered by the parents and innumerable loved ones, to a Clinton personal sexual indiscretion suffered by one justifiably pissed-off (read angry) wife, is outrageous and an insult to every American citizen.
What is this administration thinking . . . and more to the point, what are the Americans that buy such absurdities, thinking . . . or not? That the latter was impeachable and the former not, exposes the power of a Republican Congress. They have justifiably earned the disdain of the American public as shown by its low, low ratings, even lower than Bush's.
