Jerry's very first flight
July 24, 2013 | 11:37 AM

In 1965, or thereabout, Jerry and I worked at DKG, I as an Account Executive and Jerry as a copywriter
He and I were scheduled to fly to Miami to attend a client's national sales meeting. IT WOULD BE HIS FIRST FLIGHT. Takeoff at LaGuardia was set for 5:30 PM. All that day, Jerry paraded around the agency with a Christopher Medal hanging from his neck, it was at least 15" around of cardboard, created for him by the art dept.
WE SURVIVED THE FLIGHT!
