Mr. Amagansett

You don't have to be from Amagansett to enter the second annual Mr. Amagansett Pageant. The Pageant will take place on Friday at 6:30 PM at The Stephen Talkhouse and feature "Toga, Talent or Tango with Larry." The event is being held to benefit the Donald T. Sharkey Community Memorial Fund, providing scholarship opportunities for local students, funds for local fire departments and the Wounded Warrior Project.

Winter Works

The Eric Firestone Gallery in East Hampton presents the group exhibition "Winter Works" with an opening reception Saturday from 5 to 7:30 PM. The show consists of an expansive selection of works by selected artists including painters Jorge Fick and Douglas Denniston, sculptors Thomas Morin, Eduardo Chavez, Paul Harris and MARE 139 and extraordinary mid-century jewelry by Rolph Scarlett. Also on exhibit, rare drawings by New York's groundbreaking underground artists COCO 144, SNAKE I, NOVA and more, as well as vintage photographs by Anton Perich, Erica Lenard, Henry Chalfant and the renown Jack Stewart, whose documentation of urban art and subway graffiti at its most radical point, the early 1970s, is widely acknowledged as the most significant chronicle on the evolution of subway art. On view through March 27.

Swimsuit Show:

A swimsuit show to benefit Time for Teens will take place at the Southampton Publick House at 7 PM on Thursday. $40 tickets includes beer, wine, appetizers, swimsuit show and silent auction. For more information visit www.time4teens.org.

Love & Passion:

The Love & Passion art show, featuring works from more than 60 artist will host an opening reception on Saturday from 5 to 8 PM at Ashawagh Hall in Springs. There will be music by Alfredo Merat. At 7 PM Kate Mueth and the Neo-Political Cowgirls will perform. The event is sponsored by the Karyn Mannix Contemporary.

Valentine's Weekend Special

Bay Street Theatre presents a Valentine's Weekend special movie and dance starting Saturday at 8 PM. Enjoy a screening of Mahogany starring Diana Ross and Billy Dee Williams followed by DJ and Dancing. For more information call 631-725-9500.

Cabin Fever

The 4th Annual Cabin Fever Music Festival continues Friday at Finn McCools in Westhampton Beach Friday at 10 PM with Planeside, Five Star Heroes and Aloysius. Saturday night head over to The Southampton Publick House at 10 PM for Easy Money and Satchel Boogie.
