The acoustic Indian raga-based sounds of Lolita Block on the Indian bamboo flute can be heard at Lotus Blossom in Wainscott on Saturday at 7 p.m. Rick Slater will accompany Block with percussions and the Indian tabla. $15 and reservations are required. Call 537-7442.

Bluegrass on the Green

Break out the washboard when the Eastbound Freight Bluegrass Band plays on the town green in Southold next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Bring a chair or a blanket. In case of rain, the concert will be held at the Southold United Methodist Church. Donations appreciated. Call 765-3598 for more info.

Hip-Shaking Music

The Mambo Loco Trio play traditional Cuban and Puerto Rican favorites at the Patio Restaurant in Westhampton every Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m.

Live Music At Turtle X-ing

The Annie Morgan Band performs every Thursday night from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Turtle Crossing in East Hampton and Mama Lee & Friends performs every Friday night, same time. Call 324-7166.

Project Vibe At Publick House

Enjoy $2 bottles of Southampton Secret Ale and Southampton IPA while listening to the funky reggae & rock band Project Vibe at the Publick House every Thursday night at 10. Project Vibe is made up of former members of the local band Shockshine. Also at PH, ladies' night is every Wednesday, with $2 beer & wine, from 9 to 11 p.m. and D.J. Lucienne plays dance hits on Saturday nights.

An Evening At Co Co's

Pianist Jane Hastay and bassist Peter Martin Weiss play songs by Gershwin, Ellington, Jobim & more at Co Co's Restaurant in the Maidstone Arms in East Hampton every Friday, from 7 to 11 p.m.

Gurney's Inn & Spa in Montauk has New York City stand-up comedy every Wednesday at 9 p.m. $15. On Thursdays, there's karaoke with Jim & Nancy and Kenny, the singing bartender. Dance the night away with DJ Des and DJ Linda on Friday and Saturday nights. No cover.
