Summer On The Pacific
Pacific East in Amagansett is offering a summer prix fixe every night for $24.95, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday through Wednesday, and all night on Thursday. Chef Michael Castino's innovative Pan-Asian fare at the restaurant and sushi bar has won national acclaim. Villa Italian Specialties celebrates the summer grilling season with some new varieties of homemade sausages, including roasted garlic sausage ($5.75 per lb.), summer sausage with pork, mozzarella, roasted peppers, roasted garlic, parsley, and salt & pepper (7 per lb.), and hot sausage ($5 per lb.). Newness At Almondito
Almondito has added some new menu items for the summer season. New soups include Gazpacho amarillo with lump crab, tempura squash blossom ($13), yellow marinated scallops, yellow tomato-saffron coulis, and cucumber ($12) is on the ceviche menu, and chimichurri grilled ribeye steak with crispy onions, charred corn-avocado salsita enfrijoladas ($30) is on the entree list. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and for brunch on Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m. Lunch is served seven days a week from 12 to 4 p.m. and dinner is also served seven days a week from 5 p.m. until closing. Art And Jazz At The Inn
The Southampton Inn is hosting an art exhibition featuring photography by Jerry Kay, watercolors by Michael Patterson, paintings by Pratibha Garewal, and works by many other artists.
