Joan Bernstein, the maker of Paumanok Preserves, will demonstrate how to make jams, fruit butters, jellies, conserves, compotes, sauces, relishes and marmalades from local and regional produce at the Ross School. The class will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. and costs $25; call 907-5376.

The Child Development Center of the Hamptons will hold its graduation for students in preschool, kindergarten and eighth grade.
