Property Stagers To The Hamptons

Mortgage Meets Bank
Hamptons State Bank and Americana Mortgage group have joined forces. Americana Mortgage, a residential and commercial mortgage broker that has served the Hamptons since 1996, will have a locally staffed, on-site mortgage center at Hampton State Bank's headquarters on Windmill Lane in Southampton. Justin Porter has joined the Riverhead mortgage center of Ulster Savings Bank as a loan originator. Porter "has a keen understanding of the mortgage needs of the area," said Mike Kelly, Senior Vice President / Director of Residential Mortgage Lending. Porter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Ulster Savings Bank, he served as the assistant to the CEO of East End Disability Associates, Inc.
