Jazz At Co Co's

Pianist Jane Hastay and bassist Peter Martin Weiss will perform every Friday night at Co Co's Restaurant at The Maidstone Arms Inn, 207 Main Street, East Hampton from 7 to 11 p.m. The married couple performs songs by Gershwin, Ellington, Jobim, and others. Enjoy tunes from romantic ballads to Broadway melodies. Call 324-5006. Also catch the duo at the Southampton Inn on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.

Java And Jams

Caffeine and music. Who could go wrong? Bob Barta and friends will perform at the Eastenders Coffee House in Riverhead tomorrow from 8 to 11 p.m. On Friday, the featured performer will be Hank Stone from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. An open mike will follow. On Saturday, Michelle Cacciacone will perform from 8 to 11 p.m. Next Monday from 7 to 9 p.m., there will be a jazz jam. Call 727-2656.

Do You Believe In Magic?

That's what the Lovin' Spoonful is asking. The group will take the stage at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett at 8 p.m., $50 VIP/$35 general. They're known for "You Didn't Have to Be So Nice," and "Summer in the City," along with other hits.

Friday night, "Romeo's Tune's" Steve Forbert will perform at 8, $40 VIP/$25 general. The Nancy Atlas Project will follow at 10:30 p.m., $15.

New folk artist Martin Sexton will perform two shows at 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, $65/$55. Following him on Saturday night will be Little Head Thinks, and on Sunday, it will be Winston Irie. Tickets for those shows are $25.

Next Monday, it's World Party at 8 p.m., $25, followed by the Blaggards, $10. Call 267-3117.
