The Mother's Day Brunch from noon to 4 p.m. at Gurney's will satisfy any and all breakfast tastes. Design your own omelet at the omelet station, enjoy a waffle with pure maple syrup, or head over to the chef's carving station for some old fashioned steamship roast. Hot specialties such as smoked bacon, hash browns, crusted salmon, and eggs Florentine will also be served. Grand Family Feast At JL East

JL East will offer both brunch and dinner on Sunday, Mother's Day. A four-course prix fixe brunch will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. and a four-course dinner will be offered from 5 to 10 p.m., each for $34.95 for adults and $12.95 for kids. Fairway East Open

Hungry golfers can satisfy their cravings at The Fairway East Restaurant, now open for breakfast and lunch. Located at the Montauk Downs Golf Course, it is open Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; 238-5216.

Mothers For Della Femina

Celebrate Mother's Day a la carte or with the special prix fixe menu ($30) at Della Femina. The prix fixe will be available from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Brunch service will be suspended that day. On the menu are Maine halibut, natural chicken, and rosemary and juniper marinated pork tenderloin, as well as orange scented pound cake and lavender creme brulee. Two Courses For Mom At JLX

Publick Does Mother's Day

The Mother's Day extravaganza continues at The Publick House, which will offer a brunch from noon to 3 p.m. and a special prix fixe dinner ($22 plus tax and gratuity) from 3 to 8 p.m. Dishes include wild mushroom ravioli, chicken saltimbocca, and baby shrimp teriyaki. Tierra Mar Moms

Tierra Mar will be hosting a special dinner ($40 per person) from 12 to 7 p.m. on Sunday for Mother's Day. The carving station will feature premium London broil and oven roasted turkey galantine; the buffet table will be loaded with four cheese and organic tomato lasagna, grilled organic vegetable, and cedar plank roasted organic Irish salmon. New Menu Items At Almondito

Almondito has added some new menu items for the 2006 season. They include the Almondito Wedge, romaine, cabrales cheese, beefsteak tomatoes, sweet onions, avocado, and epazote-mint vinaigrette ($9), beef tamale nortenos with guajillo chiles ($10), chorizo and potato sopes with salsa verde cruda ($10), and sugar cane skewered shrimp with habanero citrus relish, watercress, and heart of palm salad ($24). Celebrate Southampton Inn

The Southampton Inn is offering a special brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., $36.95 for adults, $16.95 for children ten and under. The soup du jour will be shrimp bisque laced with cognac, a caviar station featuring a unique selection of domestic and imported caviar will be on hands, and the hot gourmet entrees will be smothered chicken, Rosemary pork loin, spinach quiche, and braised leg of lamb. Fresh Menu Items At Seafood Barge

The Seafood Barge is celebrating the new season with an updated menu. New additions include sesame-crusted tuna with mango puree, poached salmon with crabmeat mashed potatoes, grille filet mignon and braised veal with garlic confit and chive mashed potatoes. New Manager At Michael's

Steve Badakhshan will be the new manager at Michael's at Maidstone Beach. Badakhshan, who has 15 years experience in the restaurant business, spent the last six years as the manager of Cafe Rustica in Great Neck. Michael's, 28 Maidstone Park Rd., East Hampton. 324-0725.

Updated Drinks At Turtle Crossing
