Week of June 18
(Read your rising sign too if you know it)
Aries (March 21-April 20) Your ruling planet Mars has been stirring your pot quite a lot recently and will again this week. You see it in the uptick in violence and anger all over the world. The week begins as a calm between two storms from last week to this, where your compassion and vision for the best possible good can be visualized. Expect to have to take some action at week's end on something you have been thinking about for a long time.
Taurus (April 20 May 21) Venus your ruler is sitting happily on your shoulder as the week begins. She is making a nice aspect to the planet of largess, Jupiter. Expect to feel the comforts and pleasures of relationships and home, or maybe an opportunity for financial growth appears. When Venus leaves comfortable Taurus and moves in to Gemini early Monday, your focus will shift. Be prepared for a change of pace, more moving around, communicating, networking, more mental and less sensual activity. She stays in Gemini until the 19th of July.
Gemini (May 21 June 21) We reach the halfway point in the Mercury retrograde cycle this week just at 6:50 PM EDT tomorrow, as he conjoins the Sun. Your thoughts and mental focus will be brought more in line with your life's intention. This is the whole reason for the messenger planet's retrograde motion to get thinking in line with a meaningful objective. Setting your intention at that time is quite powerful for your future.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22) With your ruler being the Moon your moods shift constantly. Jupiter is still in your sign and the comforts of home and relationships should be strongly felt as the week begins. The Sun enters Cancer (from Earth's perspective) at 6:52 AM on Saturday. Your birthday month has arrived. As your birthday each year brings in a new focus, you are blessed in that you will have another year with Jupiter on your Sun, especially true for those born in that later part of the sign. It will take effort to control waistline expansion; grow larger emotionally by letting yourself become more vulnerable so more love comes towards you.
Leo (Jul 22 - Aug 21) The last quarter of the monthly Moon/Sun cycle is tomorrow at 2:39 PM; feelings of dissatisfaction with the status quo arrive, maybe from too much indulgence in life's comforts. Saturn puts a realistic bent on matters by Monday when feelings of not getting recognized for your efforts arise. You are ruled by the Sun which always shines no matter how much cloud cover there is.
Virgo (Aug. 22 - Sept. 21) Mercury your ruler is retrograde and slow in speed creating problems of its own. When thoughts are fleeting, as they should be, no trouble comes as they pass away like clouds on a windy day. When Mercury is retrograde however, thoughts can linger and you can act on them. This week is not a good one for that; too much Mars activity of the short temper, hasty and impulsive kind predominates. Wait for new information with Mercury's conjunction to the Sun at 6:51PM EDT tomorrow.
Libra (Sept. 21 - Oct. 22) Venus loves being in Taurus and connecting with Jupiter the planet of more, as the week begins. More comforts, pleasures, sensuality, leisure give way to more activity as Venus moves into Gemini (from earth's perspective) on Monday morning. Relationships, your forte, are bumpy this week; adjustments are still being made, especially over the weekend and into Monday.
Scorpio (Oct. 22 - Nov. 21) Your ruler Mars is still bouncing back and forth between Pluto last week and Uranus at the end of this week. The good news is that this is the third of three times Mars is doing this. Whatever troubles, sorrows, and sufferings you have experienced since last December will be lessening in intensity by the end of the month; you have reached a smoother patch of water. By the time Mars, your ruler, leaves Libra at the end of July, looking backwards (and that is always advisable), you notice that your whole life has gone through a complete metamorphosis.
Sagittarius (Nov. 21 - Dec. 21) Jupiter connecting with Venus is a very pleasant way to begin the week. Just be careful of partying too much, as you are prone to being overly generous. Some idea you have of partnering up might have been subject to doubts in your mind as Mercury, the planet that rules the "other person," has been apparently moving backwards in the sky. Either he/she has changed his/her mind and backed out or you have. Notice how you are thinking at 6:51 PM tomorrow, there might be an idea forthcoming that brings a pleasant solution. Surprises come at the end of the week.
Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 20) All four of the cardinal signs (those who begin the seasons and you are one of them) are in the hot seat again these weeks in June. Although Mars is going forward slowly, Mercury and your ruler Saturn are not. Some workplace or health issue is on the front burner this week, as that is the area of life where the Sun/Mercury conjunction occurs tomorrow at 6:51 PM. Making a new resolve then is an excellent time to make a new New Year's resolution (even though it is not Jan 1st-planets set new beginnings not man-made calendars). What you want and the ways to get it align then.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 19) Some matters concerning home life, family of origin matters or real estate investment property are the reason for feelings of optimism and joyousness as the week begins. A new opportunity could be presented to be taken or not. New information arising on Thursday evening could help you make the decision. Mars is tentatively moving forward so this gives a yellow light. It is the waning cycle of the Sun/Moon phase so caution until the New Moon is advised.
Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 21) The Moon is in your sign as the week begins forming a water (emotional life) trine with Jupiter, your ruler and Saturn the planet of longevity. This is the next to last time this will happen before Jupiter leaves Cancer next month. Your emotional life can benefit from your commitment to it. This is a very stabilizing influence. Affairs begun now will extend into the future. Do not let the mental distractions of the Mercury retrograde time period we are in now take precedence over what you feel in your gut.
