Week of June 11(Read your rising
sign too if you know it)
Aries (March 21-April 20) - Your ruler Mars, the action and will force planet, has finally begun to move forward, after his stall mode (having been stuck the entire month of May). This means you can finally begin to slowly proceed forward. This winter has been used, either consciously or unconsciously, to connect your actions with your life's purpose; reconciling how you are going after what you want with whether the goal is important to you or not. Go slowly, Mercury, the planet that rules your mental health, has begun its backward passage. Such is life: one step forward and two steps back.
Taurus (April 20-May 21) - Venus, your ruler and the planet of love and affection, will confront Saturn, the planet of fear and restriction, as we run into the Full Moon on Friday. Saturn can make Venus feel unlovable or poor, or bring some delay or momentary rejection to "wants love and money" Venus. Saturn's job often is to withhold from us what we want just so we can get clearer about our own value. Full Moons bring realizations right to the surface.
Gemini (May 21-June 21) - The Full Moon on Friday is just after midnight, so you might have trouble getting to sleep that night, especially because the Full Moon is in your sign. Your ruler Mercury is retrograding now, too, going back into Gemini from early Cancer. Thinking about your emotional life takes a winding path back into thinking about your own mental health. Use Mercury's sojourn to gather up buried information rather than forging ahead. Maybe an old client shows up.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) - You are spending the last full month now with the planet of opportunity, expansion, success and largess, Jupiter, in you sign. He will not come around for another twelve years, so make the most of it; you have until the 17th of July. The Full Moon on Friday affects you in your houses of secrets, service, job, health and spirituality. Expect an "ah ha" moment regarding some aspect in one of those areas. Maybe you are doing too much at work, so that your health is suffering. More meditation?
Leo (July 22-August 20) - The Full Moon this month on Friday has a bite in it. Venus has moved to oppose Saturn and Mars is in square to Pluto. Not only are you feeling anxious about the children, but the future of your career might be at stake and you are angry about it. It might feel as if there is no place to turn. When in doubt about your outer life. spend time in your inner life. The answers are there.
Virgo (Aug. 20-Sept. 21) - Mercury, your ruler, backtracks into Gemini early morning on the 17th to complete some unfinished business regarding your future and where you want to put your focus moving forward. There is a comforting aspect to Mercury's retrograde cycle in that you can slow down. This time period is really good for doing everything that begins with "re" i.e. research, review, re-edit, rework, replace, redo, reconstruct, reorganize, renew, reconnect, rethink, reanalyze etc. You get the picture. There is a backwards aspect to affairs now.
Libra (Sept. 21-Oct. 22) - Mars in your sign is pulling for one last time into the fourth corner of the square formation that the planets have been making this winter. This week it is connecting with Pluto; so watch your temper. Usually a peaceful, loving person, with a high sensitivity to fairness, this week could see you get really angry, especially at this Full Moon on Friday. Your ruler Venus has moved in opposition to Saturn, the planet of responsibilities, fear and defensive postures, at this time, too. Someone might confront you. Use your innate diplomatic skills.
Scorpio (Oct. 22-Nov. 20) - Life has not been easy this winter for you, as we have said before. You are at the beginning of the end, though. This Full Moon on Friday brings things to a head. Anger, financial anxiety, loneliness, and fear may all converge, so much so that you have to rethink your movements going forward. It is a wonderful time to sort things out by talking to a therapist or going on a silent retreat. Your passions and desires run deep and sometimes have to be bulldozed to the surface. This is the time to do it.
Sagittarius (Nov. 20-Dec. 21) - With the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in opposition to that, the Moon is then in your sign at this Full Moon on Friday. Oppositions and Full Moons are synonymous with times of confrontation. There is often a realization that we are at odds with something or someone, and instead of dueling it out, we are wise to see the bigger picture; that the world is big enough to hold both of you.
Capricorn (Dec. 21 –Jan. 20) - Now that Mercury has joined your ruler Saturn in their respective apparent change of orientations to the Sun, you have four areas of life that are in slow or backward motion. Focusing on your health, what you are eating or how much physical activity you do, which affects how you feel and what you are able to accomplish on a daily basis, is the key. The Full Moon has extra punch this Friday when you might want to turn over a new leaf in these matters. You have the will power.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) - With the Sun in Gemini in your 5th house of pleasures and children and Mercury backtracking into that area of life, there is still some matter left to do or left undone. You home life is of some concern at this Full Moon on Friday. Maybe someone is leaving and you feel abandoned. Full Moons are an inherent time of separation; but they have a purpose too. They often throw us back on ourselves, which is always a good focus.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 21) - Neptune your other ruler, stationed this week and is changing its apparent (from Earth's perspective) orientation to the Sun. These times are often more confusing than usual. Already being susceptible to hearing and seeing things that are not in/on the material plane, you have to keep your inner radar on to catch even a whiff of what you might deem completely illusionary. The Full Moon on Friday not only has the Sun and Moon in opposite signs, but Venus and Saturn, and Mars connecting to Pluto and Uranus, so we have confrontations all over the place. Be on your guard.
