Join the Lioness Club of the Hamptons tomorrow for a fun night of Bingo at the American Legion Hall on Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays. The doors open at 6:30 PM and drawing will begin at 7:30 PM. ARF Designer Showhouse
Join ARF Thrift & Treasure Shop in Sagaponack on Saturday from 5 to 8 PM as top interior decorators transform the shop into a designer showhouse using furnishings from the shop and their own collections. Kites For A Cure
Uniting Against Lung Cancer hosts the eighth annual Kites For A Cure in Southampton on Saturday from 4 to 6 PM at Coopers Beach. The family kite fly is expected to bring more than 1000 kite flyers and friends to the beach to benefit lung cancer research and raise awareness for the nation's number one cancer killer. Trustees Tag Sale
Due to popular demand, the East Hampton Historical Society will reinstate its annual Trustees' Tag Sale on Saturday morning from 9 AM to noon, on the back lawn of the Osborn-Jackson House, located on Main Street, East Hampton. Trustees, both past and present, and friends of the EHHS, will offer a cornucopia of treasures for the most discriminating tag sale shopper.
The Hand Aldrich Legion Auxiliary is holding a Memorial Day Yard Sale on Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Hand Aldrich Legion Hall in Hampton Bays. Donations of items for care packages for our servicemen and women overseas will also be accepted.
New Suffolk Waterfront's 6th annual Chowderfest will be hosted by the New Suffolk Waterfront Fund and co-sponsored by the Peconic Land Trust on Saturday from noon to 3 PM at The Gallery Ho in New Suffolk. This fun, family event features a variety of locally prepared chowders, full BBQ lunch, activities for the kids, and live dance music performed by Who Are Those Guys. Over 50 varieties of perennial plants and wares from several North Fork artisans are available for purchase as well. Citizens for Access Rights or CfAR will host their annual fundraiser on Thursday, June 5 at 7 PM at The Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett.
