Week of May 14 through 20.
Read your rising or ascendant sign too, if you know it
Aries (Mar. 21 – Apr. 21) With your ruler Mars stalling at 9 degrees of Libra this week, (since the 8th until the beginning of June), you might feel like any apparent headway you might have made in reconciling or moving forward with a partner or enemy, has just hit a brick wall. You are feeling stuck. Rest assured as of 9:31 PM on Tuesday the 19th, Mars will have begun to change apparent direction. By its slowly resuming forward momentum, you will too.
Taurus (Apr. 21 - May 20) The Full Moon today in your sign Taurus (and the opposite sign Scorpio) brings matters to an intensity, especially as your planetary ruler Venus is in hard contact to Pluto and later in the week to Uranus and Jupiter. Power struggles in relationships lead to unexpected and intoxicating impulses or a new attraction. Be careful not to blow events out of proportion by Sunday. This could apply in finances also. Open your heart – make it bigger. The gods are assisting you.
Gemini (May 20 - June 21) The Full Moon today, which has effects before and after the actual moment of the Full Moon, is in your houses of secrets, sufferings, sickness and servitude, which you'll be happy to hear has only more week to go before your birthday month comes in and the Sun shines again. You should be full of sparkling ideas though, especially in the first half of the week, which by the end of the week you can turn into realistic plans.
Cancer (June 21 - July 20) With the Moon as your ruler, monthly Full Moons must always be somewhat of a challenge. This too shall pass should be your constant mantra. Thursday and Friday are the more lighthearted days this week. Jupiter, the planet of luck, success, joviality, faith, increase and expansion, is still in your sign, so keep your sense of humor.
Leo (July 20 –Aug. 23) The Full Moon today will have you in opposite directions, one at home where there is a certain seriousness and heaviness; the other wanting to escape into your career. Your reputation might suffer unless you take care of those responsibilities at home. Full Moons make us aware. It might take all week to sort out.
Virgo (Aug. 23 – Sept. 21) Your ruler Mercury is jumping around this week like a batch of popcorn on the stove. Each day has the trickster connecting with a different planet, sparking your mental activity. Your keen discriminating sense, however, should be able to see through the riff raff and come up with the new thought, tech innovation, or new perspective that honestly speaks to you. Thursday night should be especially stimulating - seek other's company.
Libra (Sept. 21 - Oct. 23) What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Mars, the planet of will, force, aggression, assertion, violence, accidents, vitality, self assertion, heated passion, fighting spirit, sex drive, anger, irritation, and impatience, has been in your sign since December 8th. If you are not exhausted yet (as I am from writing all that), you will be soon enough. The good news is that we are turning a corner now and Mars will turn direct Monday the 19th. You are learning when and how to be assertive, and when not to be.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 22) This Full Moon today, exact at 3:16 PM has planet Saturn conjunct the Moon in Scorpio opposite the Sun in Taurus. If it sounds depressing it does not have to be. Facing your fears is what is called for. Being a fixed sign you have entrenched belief systems that require dynamite to unhinge, but the breakthrough is potentially very freeing and will bring you to a new level. This is what Full Moons are all about. Focus on what you want, not on what you do not want.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 - Dec. 21) If the last month has been a bit of a drudgery, then the good news is that as of late Tuesday night the 20th that will change, as the Sun leaves your house of drudgery and moves above the horizon. Whatever new health regimes or daily patterns you have established will make the rhythm of your life easier to handle, as you get busier in the months ahead. The Full Moon brings a conscious balancing of two opposing energies. Instead of projecting our woes onto another, we must take their viewpoint into consideration. Read some philosophy this week or take a yoga/meditation class.
Capricorn (Dec. 21 – Jan. 20) The Full Moon today, with your ruler Saturn connecting with the Moon, puts a restraint on emotions, which are foreign to you anyway. Control issues are the focus for you this week. Expect to be made aware of your fear of not having financial security at this Full Moon time. Even financial security is not under your control and that is what is so hard to accept. Your ruler is retrograde. so take it easy, especially on yourself.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 – Feb. 19) With the same ruler as Capricorn, Saturn, involved directly with this Full Moon you should also be experiencing some major illumination this week in the home vs. career seesaw. Monday and Tuesday the 19th and 20th the Moon is in your sign and should be empowering you to go ahead, especially as the action planet Mars is turning direct then also. Your life script involves some group participation, either a club or organization, either volunteering or in an active not-for-profit whose mission is expanded social integration. Maybe your current career goal has reached its end.
Pisces (Feb. 19-Mar. 21) Thank God for you. All the other signs can use your capacity for compassion and sympathy this week. You might even figure out how to make a career of healing. The Full Moon makes you aware that you might need to go back to school and get another degree or certificate. It might seem like a burden but the only responsibility we have is to ourselves and becoming who we were born to be.
