The Southampton Cultural Center presents "Winners Circle," the third annual juried awards exhibition starting Tuesday and running through April 18. An opening reception will take place on March 22 from 5 to 7 PM at the Levitas Center for the Arts at Southampton Cultural Center. Artists include Susan Newmark, Christina Stow, and Charles Yoder. Exhibit Juror is Helen Harrison, Director, Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center. The show is curated by Arlene Bujese.
The Drawing Room
On view at The Drawing Room in East Hampton from Friday through April 6, selected works by Caio Fonseca, Christine Hiebert, Sharon Horvath, Robert Jakob, Mel Kendrick, Diane Mayo, Alan Sheilds, and Donald Sultan. The gallery is also pleased to introduce new sculpture by New York artist Adrian Nivola, whose intricate constructions offer a spirited homage to the flying machine. His sculptures in wire, linen, paper and found elements will be featured in a forthcoming one-person exhibition.
This four week group installation includes paintings, drawings, sculpture and printed editions highlighting the rich potential each artist has mined from his or her inventive use of materials.
Native American Art
Suffolk Community College Eastern Campus exhibit showcases Long Island Native American Art with jewelry, beadwork, regalia, painting, sculpture and photography from artists in the Unchechaug, Shinnecock, Montaukett and Tiano tribal nations. The show runs through March 22.

"Embraces and Landscape," selections by Gina Gilmour is the March 2014 Exhibit at the Art Gallery at the Quogue Library. The Embraces series features linoleum prints, drawings, sculpture and embroidery, all showing images of figures embracing in moments of compassion and consolation. The show will be on display through March 30.
Music In Images
Coinciding with the Long Island Winterfest, a new photography exhibit called "Music in Images" opens Friday at the Alex Ferrone Photography Gallery in Cutchogue. Juried by noted curator Esperanza León of Solar Contemporary, music is the theme for this exhibit which features photographic works depicting musicians, venues, performances, and instruments from twenty-one regional photographers. The show runs through March 21.
Season Of Love
Season Of Love, an exhibition of original abstract expressionist paintings and digital photographs celebrating love, by Susan Levin, will be on view at Sotheby's International Realty in Sag Harbor. The show runs through May 11.
